Upon graduating from the University of Queensland, Dr Smith completed her advanced training in Brisbane and Toowoomba. She has a number of years of experience in General Medicine. Being a specialist in General Medicine, she looks after patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions, but has a particular interest in cardiovascular disease, perioperative medicine and rehabilitation.
Dr Marita Smith provides privately billed hospital-based medical consultation and treatment for the following conditions:

- Perioperative medicine

- Inpatient consultations at St. Vincent’s & St. Andrew’s Hospitals in Toowoomba
