The CARSANS team assists with the delivery of rehabilitation services at St. Vincent’s hospital’s newly constructed St. Michael’s unit. The unit can accept direct admissions from GPs prescribing targeted rehabilitation programs for general geriatric, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
